At the inception of Law Marketing Systems, we only offered services such as SEO, PPC, Social Marketing, and other various forms of direct response electronic marketing. Matt quickly realized that without proper review and analysis of an organization's marketing, he would not be as effective in promoting the business.
In 2008, many of our clients began to seriously consider our suggestions due to their sales and revenue growth. They began asking Matt for consulting time both on location, and by phone. It wasn't uncommon for Matt to be flying all over the US to meet with clients and discuss the latest trends in marketing and business growth. This has transitioned into our Marketing Plan Writing Services, a systemized and thorough consulting package that aides companies in their marketing vision and growth. The process is straight forward and is handled in the following steps:
Pre-consulting Proposal
Matt will spend time asking you questions and researching your company to determine the best possible outcome for your sales growth and marketing. This initial step is handled by phone, and during this phase, Matt will look into the inside reality of your business to determine if your organization would be a good fit for our company. The pre-consulting process is handled in 3 steps.
- 1 hour phone question and answer period
- 30 minute review of your current marketing, analytics, and marketing efforts by Matt Law
- Written proposal with estimate for services which may include onsite consulting, marketing plan writing, or a wide variety of marketing services.
Onsite Consulting & Marketing Plan Writing
Should you decide to accept the proposal, Matt will schedule a 1-2 day marketing analysis of your business and current marketing strategy. During this time, Matt will go through the Four Step Marketing Method with your company and determine the best course of action. After your onsite consultation period, you'll receive a detailed marketing plan for your business written personally by Matt Law along with an estimated cost of services. Please note that the marketing plans are often written with the understanding that many of our clients have in-house marketing teams to complete the suggested actions.
The goal of the marketing plan is to give you a detailed list of actions you should take in order to see your business grow as quickly as possible. Our average client has over a 30% increase in revenues each year with many of our clients doubling and tripling their sales.
Post Consulting Implementation
After your consultation, many of our clients would like us to implement their marketing plan. We often do implementation for our clients, and would be happy to discuss this with you during the consulting process. LMS has a strong team of website designers, link builders, media buyers, and programmers to help you complete your project no matter how big or small.
Additionally, many of our smaller clients are simply seeking services such as SEO, PPC, or are in need of an internet marketing consultant. Smaller clients not requesting onsite consulting or marketing plans are gladly welcomed. Matt will take your 2 hours of pre-consulting and work on a proposal to help assist you in growing your business.
